We measure every opening precisely before ordering a single unit. Custom sizing ensures the window fits the rough opening correctly with no gaps, no shimming tricks and no compromised seal.

Old Window Removal
Careful removal of the existing window without damaging the surrounding trim, siding or interior finish. We inspect the rough opening for rot, water damage or structural issues before the new unit goes in.

Flashing and Moisture Barrier
Proper flashing tape applied around the perimeter of the rough opening before the window is set. This is the step most quick-install crews skip. It is what prevents water infiltration around the frame over time.

Window Setting and Leveling
The window is set plumb, level and square. A window that is out of square will not operate correctly, will not seal properly and will develop air leaks faster than one that was installed with care.

Foam Insulation Fill
Full-perimeter low-expansion foam insulation injected around the entire window frame. This seals the thermal and air barrier completely and is one of the most important steps in a high-performance installation.
